Embera Quera Village, Panama
A Photo Essay by Terrisha Kearse
I found myself on a boat traveling to Embera Quera, a small island in Panama where the Embera tribe live in beautifully made huts. Surrounded by jungle and with no modern-day technology, they were the happiest people I had ever encountered. I was so inspired by what I was experiencing I had to capture it. From the village leader down to the kids, their lives were uncomplicated and wondrous. This is simplicity at its rarest and most beautiful form.
