All 500 examples of the limited edition $400,000 McLaren 675LT completely sold out. Although the supercar is barely street legal, all 500 editions of this £260,000 or USD $400,000 McLaren 675LT are spoken for. There’s no word on how many buyers have gone over that base asking price with add-ons and custom specs, as all of the cars have yet to actually go into production. Now two decades old, the latest line of 675LT’s promise to be the most driver focused, light weight, precise and intense versions thus far. Rather, it doesn’t just promise that, it delivers. The car maker has completely revamped the 3.8 twin turbo engine. It’s a whopping 666bhp at 7100rpm. The result: this McLaren gets to 62mph in 2.9 seconds then does 124mph in 7.9 seconds and can keep going until it hits 205mph. That LT stands for Long Tail and is McLaren’s answer to the Ferrari 458 Speciale. Scroll below for a video from McLaren and decide for yourself.
