Rag & Bone has revealed their 2015 Men’s Fall Winter collection with a special fashion film that unites two innovators with forty years between them: 67 years old ballet legend Mikhail Baryshnikov and street dancer Lil Buck at age 26. Directed by Georgie Greville, the two dance and model the brand’s urban armor-themed additions in a captivating study of movement to the tune of “Öngyilkos Vasárnap” by Venetian Snares. Lil Buck and Baryshnikov Move for Rag & Bone Fashion Film “We liked the blend of the two – the young up-and-comer and the old guard. Lil Buck is more street and raw while Mr. B is sophisticated and sartorial,” co-designer and managing partner David Neville told WWD. As Lil Buck and Baryshnikov shake things up, the clothing’s flexibility and ability to conform with dynamic movement is brought to light. The film also unveils the evolution of Baryshnikov’s style, from classical ballet to a more modern dance that merges well with Lil Buck’s hypermodern street approach.
